This review relates to legal services provided to us under a signed retainer agreement and invoices issued for the work. Unfortunately, our experience with Landriault Legal Services was much worse than expected. There was a lack of transparency around billing practices, including being charged in 5-minute increments for email communications, which was not clearly disclosed in the retainer.
