Don't use them. Don't use them. He broke my dryer power button and start button and claimed that they were like that when he found them. They absolutely weren't. I had just used the dryer, and we're extremely careful when we use it. They were like new. He also said that it happens when you spray cleaner on the front, which we never have done. Mind you, he got the job he was supposed to do done, but raised his voice at me when telling me what a horrible thing I had done putting a critter guard on the outside of the dryer vent... read more

Poor Customer Service We bought extended warranties with Lowe's for all our appliances that we purchased there. Landreth's and one other is the contract servicemen for our area. We have had him out more than once and every time he has been rude belittled not only his wife but my own. He had to replace a pump on our washing machine and dented the floor by just slamming the washer down onto it. Didn't even apologize. Acted like it didn't even happen. Unprofessional and rude I will never again use this company to to repair anything I own. He came by the first day and assured me that my ice maker was fixed. He then called me two days later to make sure it was still working. It wasn't and I let him know that it still wasn't making ice. He came by later that day and was very rude to me and actually got in my face and was fussing at me for supposedly touching my ice maker. Very Good Our Whirlpool Washer broke down right after the warranty had expired (no surprise there). We heard that Landreth did good work on repairs so we had them fix it. It wasn't as expensive as we thought it would be and they had it back to us pretty quickly. We'd definitely use them again.

Landreths Appliance Service Landreths is a family run business that prides itself for its service in repairs and an excellent variety of appliances. Their service is timely and their rapairmen are factory trained and very professional. They respond quickly and do excellent work. I would recommend them to everyone.
