We placed an order, it was not shipped, we were told it shipped 3 times. It was shipped to the wrong location the first time, 2nd time told it would arrive next day, then said they tracked the wrong package. 12 phone calls, to get this resolved - said would call back after each call - only called back once. Called me rude when I expressed frustration by using the words "frickin' ridiculous" asked to speak with a manager- Leann said she was the manager and hung up on me.
