Very nice folks, they've always had the part I need, but the prices for JD parts are incredibly high. Not much higher than anywhere online, but still significant sticker shock.
We bought a new riding lawn mower from them. That experience itself was great, but what really sealed the deal was when a couple weeks later the tire was flat and came off the rim. I brought it in expecting to wait a couple days but someone (I forgot to get their name) took it back right away and fixed it, no charge! Earned a customer for life, thank you!
I have purchased many items at this location ( Clarence N.Y.). I am very happy with the items, and exceptionally pleased with the crew. In the parts dept. , Jeff is very knowledgeable about parts, and very willing to help you in anyway he can. If the part is not in stock, and is available, Jeff will get it for you. As for the service dept., Chris, is the man. If you need service, Chris will work with you to get it done. The rest of the crew all work on the same page. My Son purchased two mowers,one for me to do the yard work.I had a problem with one of the tires going flat and after connecting with A Wonderful Man,Joe Lewis,they came and picked up the machine took it and got a new tire on and brought the mower back same day! This Senior/Widow would like to thank Joe for seeing my post and Asking how they could help me! They are Wonderful People to work with !! My Son made a wise decision when he went there to make his purchase!
My Son purchased two new lawn mowers.The one for me. Upon taking it out for second time,tire went flat and came off wheel.Im a Senior/ Widow,this very expensive gift was suppose to make it easier for me now on my own.Called where they came from,told them friend took the tire and a couple pin holes were leaking.Ever so small.We were told it has nothing to do with them,it's factory where the tires actually come from.I just broke down and cried! Mower down going on week two.
