Recently I tried to start my riding mower and it was dead. I’ve had it 8 years and thought it was time to replace the battery. I contacted the dealer and inquired if they had one available. A wonderful gentleman said because the winter was so cold, it just might need to be charged, but he did have a battery if I need one. I set it up on a charger and was thrilled that it came back to life. Great customer service and highly recommend them.
My recent experience with service was unacceptable. Communicating the status of the repair was the issue. A lot of work had to be performed and as a result, parts had to be ordered at various times. I understand this fact contributed to a delay, but service did not relay this information. A call had to be made to inquire about the repair status.
