Dayne rather than show pictures, etc he rather talk on phone. How can you even get the whole picture of the unit when 🤡 rather talk on phone You then have Kevin who’s obsolete, refuse to help yet noses in when pending potential lawsuit.

I will not buy anything else from here. They fired the manager for no reason other than a pissing contest. He was the first manager in a long time who actually gave a crap about the customers. They should have fired the service manager. Why would you make the decision to remove a person who was bringing business back to your store. I’ve personally bought 5 tractors from here. Service department has some needs. When I picked up my tractor from having front wheel seal replaced, the front axle was a qt. low in oil. I checked it before I left because unfortunately I don't trust them from prior experiences. They added oil while I waited and gave me an extra qt. In case it settles out more. The also put touch up paint on my wheel that does not match...... I lost approximately 30 minutes of my day from techs negligence.... Update...I did receive a call apologizing and sent a gift card for future use
