I have to give a shout out to Chris. I had contacted a JD dealer closer to me and though the person there said they would call me back, it never happened. Chris not only answered my questions but he arranged for the mower I was interested in to be shipped to them so I could see it. That is great customer service and he didn’t hesitate to honestly respond to every question. Thank you, Chris!
picked up my gator after 2 weeks for an A/C problem they never even looked at it when I called the second time said I would be down to pick it up they could care less if that's the best service you can expect with there I don't care attitude I would steer clear of them
don't go here they cannot cross reference a spark plug without your model number on a sthil chainsaw ,and then I called a parts store and they did , Land Pro in experience counter guy
Do yourself a favor. Find a store whose part manager isn't going to talk to you like you're a dog. I will not be returning. I now know why so many customers have gone elsewhere. When you ask why, they all say the parts manager has no respect for anyone. And now I know why!She has no place to be in a management position! I will not be returning like everyone else who has stopped going there because of her
