Service department A+ counter people at the parts department A+. Store manager A+ service manager A+ down fall is the attitude of whoever is the manager of the parts department her attitude is and was horrible on the phone.
Can't say good enough things about the service dept. here. Kevin the service manager definitely goes above and beyond to take care of his customers and develop a relationship to keep JD owners happy. Wouldn't hesitate to bring any equipment back for service or repair
