picked up my gator after 2 weeks for an A/C problem they never even looked at it when I called the second time said I would be down to pick it up they could care less if that's the best service you can expect with there I don't care attitude I would steer clear of them
don't go here they cannot cross reference a spark plug without your model number on a sthil chainsaw ,and then I called a parts store and they did , Land Pro in experience counter guy
Do yourself a favor. Find a store whose part manager isn't going to talk to you like you're a dog. I will not be returning. I now know why so many customers have gone elsewhere. When you ask why, they all say the parts manager has no respect for anyone. And now I know why!She has no place to be in a management position! I will not be returning like everyone else who has stopped going there because of her
Called at 430. They put me on hold for 20 minutes then it just hung up on me. Tried back with no answer. Might as well close early if thats the way you wanna treat customers. Cause you just lost this one. Poor job people. Try harder
