I was very pleased with our most recent purchase of a new mower. Aleasha and Scott were super responsive and helpful throughout. I will make sure to return to LandPro in Hall NY in the future!
Worst customer service ever! Had to contact several times. Had my mower for 5 weeks and it was returned with a nearly $1400 bill with no breakdown or labor fees ect..... comments stated deck is bent but should work okay. The reason I brought it there was to fix the deck. Deck was as dirty as when I brought it in, not sure how someone works on it for that many hours and it's still filled with old grass. Customer service was awful. It's like pulling teeth to get a response and then after numerous messages left I still have not... read more
Nice farm folk... easy and pleasant to do business with. I went looking for information, and left with the riding lawnmower I needed. I recommend these fine folks. ☕️
