Mike "Sully" was very easy to work with and got me the exact tractor I was looking for. Even when others said there are none out there. And I was very happy with the pricing. Everyone at the store was very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth the drive to Alexander.
Great people and knowledgeable at what they do
Mike was our sales person and gave us excellent information and recommendationns. We were very pleased with our experience at Landpro and purchased a John Deere lawn tractor.
Warranty work. Just a little slow in and out. Thay are overwhelmed and short on help, like every one.
What a place. Sales don't want to sell thats if you can find someone in sales. Parts no follow up as promised. I was told they would research parts and place order then call me. That was months ago. Had to place order online no problem with that dealer parts delivered in a week. Service is like pulling teeth. My machine is still under warranty and Landpro tries every trick in book to not repair under warranty. The best part they have no clue on my model machine.
