Steve from land pro is by far one of the best salesman I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with, he was knowledgeable in any questions I had on the zero turn I purchased. He was very courteous and professional in his working with me on my purchase of the mower. The prices at landpro are very reasonable and their product is number one I will continue to do business at the Batavia landpro and recommend them to all that are in the market for a mower or any equipment that they carry.
Working with landpro has been nothing short of a nightmare. I was originally sold a machine incompatible with the ad ons I had purchased. They originally tried to rig something up to "make it work" but was unsuccessful . I then got "upgraded" to a different machine and the discount I was given was the money for my trade in, so not really a discount. I've then had multiple service issues. Our experience with Land Pro in Batavia has been absolutely terrible from day 1. We were sold a brand new Gator that wasn't even compatible with the add ons we bought. When you need repairs, you can't make an appointment...you drop it off and they get to it when they get to it. Our last service took over 2.5 weeks before they even looked at our machine! Unreal...
