Unprofessional and rude. They constantly misplace packages and mail. Rarely is anyone in the front to greet you and often times no one is in the building at all.
I was extremely disappointed with the service provided by Alyssa Herman, onsite management office. I was interested in possibly leasing an office space located at 10701 Corporate Drive but I was completely shocked to the lack of professionalism provided by this representative. I was there to inquire information on their office space availability and I felt as if I was bothering her with my inquiry.
