I don’t shop at this store at all, but one of friend who shop at this store had really bad experience as an Asian Man. I was really appalled what she told me at the store about Customer Service. This makes me sad or mad what she went through, no one deserved what she went through despite the color of the skin or where you come from. You should every customer with the most respect.
Great customer service. When I asked for help locating a product, they were so helpful and friendly. Great variety/selection of products. Great location.

Best beauty supply store in Landover! The owners are incredibly nice and kind to every customer. They truly care about each person who walks in and always greet everyone with a warm smile and positive attitude. You can really feel how much they value their customers. Highly recommend this place!
Decided to take my mother here for her birthday as a birthday gift to her. Customer service is very lacking. Much better options in the area.
