My mother just moved in and we had exceptionally good assistance throughout the whole process. Jacob Cantu went above and beyond to make sure the move in process went smoothly and the quality of service is quite impressive.
You should ignore any older reviews. The facility has seriously deteriorated. Sagora claims to be a resident first organization. That could not be further from the truth. They are a profit first organization. They care nothing about the residents as long as they get their rent. Your rent will increase 8% every year. The food quality is equivalent to prision food.
