My mother was a resident on pathways side of Landon Ridge. She was there from August of 2024 until she passed in May 2025. I was overall pleased with the care that she received, the nurses aides seemed to really love my mom. The communication from the facility could have been better. I had to call monthly for the bill and sometimes it was not correct, it normally took several phone calls and an email to the administrator to get a call back, but eventually it was resolved. I really appreciate the wonderful staff who plan and organize the daily activities. They do an amazing job making sure the activities are engaging, enjoyable, and never boring. Sagora is truly a fun place to live because of the effort they put in. The residents get the chance to interact, build friendships, and share experiences with others who are around the same age and understand their journey. It creates a welcoming and uplifting environment that makes every day special.
If you are considering placing a loved one in Landon Ridge’s Pathways Memory Care and are unable to be present every day, there are some important things you should know from our personal experience. My father was a resident in Pathways from October until his passing in May. He was only 63 years old.
