Landon Pool plastering installed Pebble Tech and the initial coating cracked. They recovered it with more Pebble Tech and never fixed the delamination issue. They claimed that I had issues with the pool, but it was the improper installation that has failed.
Landon worked with me to finalize punch list items on my pool, having got no progress with the pool builder in over a year. Landon, and Jason in particular, demonstrated excellent customer service and responsiveness, and we always felt like they were working to resolve items on our behalf. Landon stood behind their product and were willing to do whatever was needed to ensure we were happy with the end product. I was told someone would be out to give a quote. Never got a return call and nobody every showed up. I know things are busy but no showing is inexcusable. That gives me an idea of how the experience would have gone. Stay away from this company.
didn't properly protect the surrounding area. poor application on the steps.
