deposit not refunded – I also have moved out of the orchards and they owe me 1348.50 I called the so called CEO Carolyn Rieler and she has not once returned a phone call and no reason why . By law they owe me double the deposit of 2697.00 The president Daniel Aronoff should be a shamed of this company. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and the attorney general office and filed a small claims case.. Screw them before they can screw you. DONT PAY YOUR LAST MONTHS RENT AND THIS COMPANY SUCKS ***!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Very Poor – The Orchards residential area was a community that I rented for over two years. I gave a $1,600 deposit which was given to this company (for reasons I dont know). After I left and The Orchards gave me my all clear with no damages letter, after now 40+ days later I still do not have my deposit. This company never returns calls and when I do get a hold of them (her) I get the same response "the CFO has not cleared that .. nothing else I can tell you" very poor business.
