I have read through a number of reviews and ratings, I am surprised to see the concerns and ratings. I should have read these reviews a year ago and would be in better position today. My experience with Landon Warranty service is not very positive. Very careful, the warranty service department will show a very accommodating face and try their best to postpone any repairs. The experience of buying a house with Landon Homes at Lexington country was a horrible experience. The quality is bad and Sales & Construction team don't have empathy for customers. Lot of unfinished items at the time of closing . The sales team (James & Ashley) were nice till contract is signed and were rude when mistakes were shown and they threatened to revoke the contract when mistakes were shown.
