We did a house a house with Landon. Jimmy was responsive until he wasn't. Had to argue to get our money back when we were overcharged. Sent a bill for change order. When I noticed the bills had the same exact items as one for half as much I had to argue for two weeks until finally I was told, you are right and he had to cut check for 23k. Our flooring was installed wrong. We have industry professionals that deemed it was installed wrong. We have had a wonderful experience with Landon Development . Jimmy Landon and Yohana (our project manager) have been so kind and quick to respond to any of our questions and needs. We love our beautiful home and look forward to many years spent here with our family.
I love this builder! I bought a spec home they built and it's just amazing. I had a customization I wanted before I moved in, and they made it happen at a reasonable price and in short order. I highly recommend working with them!
Two people can walk into a grocery and pick up the same ingredients; sugar, eggs, flour, etc. Turn out two cakes- three layer, iced, and decorated. And there the similarities end. When sliced, one cake reveals itself to be everything a consumer imagines a cake to be- rich, light and moist, absolutely delicious. The same is true in home building.
