My 5-month-old's condition was misdiagnosed, and I felt there was an eagerness to recommend surgery without providing a thorough explanation of the underlying condition or discussing less invasive alternatives. Throughout the process, I felt that invasive treatment was prioritized over careful evaluation and conservative management. We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Dr. Tali Lando and her entire team. Our daughter needed ear tubes after several ear infections and we knew she was the right choice for the task.
