1. The office staff is not very good at what they are doing. 2. They never bill the patient for office visit. And they send the bills to collections. 3. The charge simple office visit as Specialist Doctor visit and they charge $75 instead of $25. 4. I made almost 2 calls a week and had 2 appointments between Feb27 and Aug 13, 2026. They billed me wrong and said don't pay it as it's their error. They will resolve the issue. 5. Very deceitful billing practices. Find an ethical wound clinic, drive the extra distance, wish I had. I have a healing 3rd degree burn BEWARE of her EXTREMELY UNETHICAL BILLING PRACTICES.‼️‼️‼️ First Amazing staff. Woon. Wound Center is a great place to when you’re in the need of wound care. The entire staff always makes it a positive experience for my daughter. They’re smart, caring and takes their time.
My husband was seen on 3/09/2026 at Landmark Wound Center. The team are very professional and caring. Everything was explained to us about his care in terms we could understand. He would highly recommend the Landmark Wound Center.
They do an excellent job. They are very professional. The office an dental areas are very well kept clean.
