I contacted the property and set up an appointment to view a 1 BR unit. I explicitly said that I was looking for a 1BR unit only. They set an appointment for me for 4pm, saying that’s the only availability they have after I asked if they had any after 4-4:30pm as I have work. They texted me twice the night before and the day of the appointment to ask if I was still coming to the appointment. I confirmed. I got off work early and got to the site. Maintenance guy name Mr. Drew came and fix everything I needed it help with. He was very nice, polite and professional. He answered all my questions as well. Thanks a lot Mr. Drew.
Recently moved in and had a wonderful time coordinating everything with Mrs. Asianna. Needed some minor maintenance on a few items and this was promptly handled. Frank, the maintenance man, was such a cordial person to work with! He went right to work, wasted no time getting things fixed and did so with a wonderful attitude.
Horrible place to call home. There is a caucasian maintenance guy that harasses African-American residence. It’s very disheartening at this day and time you find that you can’t change a tire in a parking lot due to a maintenance man that is responsible for Fixing toilets, doors and painting walls have so much to say about residence that pays more than $1500 a month in rent.
