Recently moved in and had a wonderful time coordinating everything with Mrs. Asianna. Needed some minor maintenance on a few items and this was promptly handled. Frank, the maintenance man, was such a cordial person to work with! He went right to work, wasted no time getting things fixed and did so with a wonderful attitude.
Horrible place to call home. There is a caucasian maintenance guy that harasses African-American residence. It’s very disheartening at this day and time you find that you can’t change a tire in a parking lot due to a maintenance man that is responsible for Fixing toilets, doors and painting walls have so much to say about residence that pays more than $1500 a month in rent. Amazing
WARNING! Don’t walk, but RUN from Sunbelt Rentals! My experience with them went downhill the longer I stayed. The Landmark Woods property had 3 different managers during my two-year stay, with each one being worse and more unrealistic than the one before. I moved there with my two youngest children, a 17 and 15 year old, during my divorce. Being a middle-aged, professional, mother of 3, I have never had any experiences with law enforcement, but during my time at Landmark Woods, the police were nefariously called on me twice.... read more
