10/10 I didn’t go to the Dentist in 4 years, due to fears of going. But coming here has made me open to getting my teeth healthy again!!
The hygienist is really good and Dr. Reiakvam is a great dentist. But my experience was only good because of the scented candle right outside the hygienist's chair. I am allergic to many fragrances and especially scented candles, so I was coughing throughout my appointment as it's still a strong scent even not lit. The receptionist seems to be angry that she had to move her candle. Is a scent really more important than a patient's health and experience? I have been a patient for over a decade. All I can say is the Landmark Total Dentistry Team is amazing. I'd highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for dental assistance.
I needed to see a dentist immediately. They got me in, and I am very nervous and have had bad experiences with dentists. Today was the best experience I've ever had. Even if it was to remove a tooth.
As a first time patient, the team was warm, welcoming and professional. The tech was gentle and thorough during the cleaning. Doc Per took his time explaining the xray results and offered suggestions to improve the long term health of my teeth, bite and joints. I welcome returning and keeping my teeth healthy and well maintained. They were upfront about costs, insurance coverage and deductibles as well as communicative over email and text in preparation for my first visit.
