Worst experience using this title company. Were misled by attorney concerning the closing costs we as the seller were going to incur. It was implied by the attorney that our costs would be around a couple of thousand dollars. Our total at closing was around $9,000. This mis information affected how we negotiated our selling price of our house. Also, two days before closing on March 12th we received a draft copy of the closing documents.
