Great people that do a great service!
There are many 5-star reviews of Landmark Title and Abbey Selvidge. After closing on the sale of my home yesterday I can earnestly say that they are all very accurate and well deserved. The one minor issue we had with an estoppel letter got cleared up quickly because Abbey got right on it. While on the surface this was a minor issue, it was one of those things that can delay closing if it is not handled right away.
Abbey and Ashley were A+ in administering two transactions for us. They were not only responsive…better yet… preemptive in processing the flow of information. What’s more— they were thoroughly pleasant and professional!
I would highly recommend Abbey and Landmark Title. Abbey was easy to work with. She was professional and very quick to respond to any question I had. She kept me up to date on the process from beginning to end. 5 stars for sure!
This was our first time using Landmark title and we were overwhelmed by the professionalism and attention to detail Abbey provided us with. I will be using Abbey and her team for all of our future real estate transactions
