I called and asked for a tax form on Thursday that they didn’t give me when I sold my property. I called back on Friday afternoon, and they were short with me about it. They promised they would send it before the close of business, and they didn’t. They sent it after this morning (Monday) and it took them about thirty seconds. It really screwed me over. These guys suck.
