Be Careful…worse closing of all the homes that I have purchased & sold(12 to be exact) the docs were not done properly which made it a little unorganized in trying to get the check made out to the proper name of the sellers…I went to pick up the the check at there office and it was short $750… so I asked Angie why and all she said was it was an estimate and I said what does that mean and she said you signed the paperwork and it wasn’t a final settlement but an estimate. I recently had an escrow opened with a title company that I have many years of experience with.
