Surveyor came highly recommended and Alice is very cordial. Unfortunately, my survey experience was horrible. I was quoted an estimate for a Survey, $700-800. I understand an estimate could fluctuate. I would honestly be okay with a 50% fluctuation. However, the invoice came in at $1500 for a survey for less than a half acre lot in the city of Tupelo.
