Sadly, after final payment was made a corrected finial survey was never completed, sad, disgusting and gross. I’m having to report this issue to the state board.

This is in response to Mr. James Phelps review. I want to be on the up and up. I have worked for Landmark Surveying, Inc. for over 25 years. I reviewed every order for the past 0 years and could not find EVER having an order from a James Phelps. We strive to supply a quality product with excellent service. If we have a complaint we go out of the way to remedy it.
Save your hard earned money, choose a different surveying company. Awful service. Manipulative practices. Rude staff. The employees work frustratingly slow, and the end results are sub-par. Seriously, don't waste your time.
