Everyone was amazing. From check in to discharged. Highly recommend just absolutely awesome.
The staff- everyone from front desk to nurses and doctors - were absolutely amazing. Had to bring my 3 year old in for a procedure and they were amazing with him! So kind, so caring. Amazing medical treatment. Although I hope we don’t have to come back, I’d know we’d be in great hands if we had to!
Billing department and office staff are rude, incompetent, and flat out useless. Billing people and collect payment upfront before going through insurance causes insurance to not fully cover what they should. The whole center is designed to fatten the wallets of the doctors and other people that bought into the clinic. They don’t give a crap about you because they’ve already got paid so as a patient to them you’re just cash I their wallet.
I can’t begin to tell you how pleased I was with the staff at Landmark surgery center. This is my second time being there, and both times I was a little nervous. They definitely went out of their way to make me as comfortable as possible. The IV was inserted with absolutely no pain. They wanted to make sure I felt comfortable in the bed, and they asked if I needed more blankets to keep warm. You are introduced to everyone.
