Love staying at the Landmark. 3 times now with different family members. Not having to bring beach towels, chairs, sand buckets, umbrellas which are lent by the resort, is one less burden. Staff are always helpful and the lifts are fast. One suggestion would be to regularly check that windows and are oiled and can open especially in the back bedrooms, and that doors leading to balcony have catches to keep them open. Thank you for the great experience.
The reception ladies were particularly supportive and lovely. We had to hang around after check out because our motorhome was being repaired. We were allowed to use the facilities but we just used their lounge areas. One lady kept checking on us to see how things were progressing, very kind. We felt very cared for in our crisis and luckily our truck was repaired after our three day stay. The location is exceptional and the room, while smallish, had everything we needed and was clean. Great place to stay! Awesome location - virtually across the road from the surf club, easy walk to the wharf area, at the end of the row of restaurants and bars on the beachfront, easy undercover access to heaps of venues.
