Summit Recovery of Knoxville has been life changing for me and my mental health and substance recovery. I spent 19 days in residential treatment program here and was on the mental health track for healing. Each day consists of a schedule of classes. Waking up about 7 am and breakfast is served at 8 am then we start classes at 9:15am. Each class last approximately an hour to an hour and a half and then we have a break in between for smoking, vaping or bathroom breaks.
