This real estate agency has been the most unprofessional I’ve ever dealt with - I would give zero stars if possible. Our agent, Eric Chan, ignored messages, delayed resolving issues, and displayed blatant negligence, knowingly putting my family, high-risk pregnancy, and newborn at risk. Very satisfying experience. Professional and knowledgeable. Great communication and negotiation. The sale has been a very pleasant experience. Right at the start the team was very responsive to our requests and queries. We had some idea of the value of our property but Lee was optimistic in trying get more for us.
