Glad LANDMARK is getting bad press! Before I owned my current home, I rented from Landmark and they broke so many laws ( per the Virginia Residential Landlord and Tenant Act) and were very unprofessional! Glad karma is kissing then right back! Makes those days of dealing with no ac, with a 2 year old with 100+ degrees temps, windows that would not open..and open code violations issued by the city of Richmond not addressed!... my days of HAVING TO buy hotels to compensate their crappy service finally feels a tiny bit better. ... read more
I have been living with RATS for over a month. I have communicated this with management, however all they did was funnel a “we are doing everything we can” through the property manager. I am VERY disappointed after living here for 6 years.
Not reliable. I do not recommend.
Professional staff, they do a great job! Apartments are spacious, very nice and communities are clean. Well managed, great place to live!
