I recently moved out of one of the properties this company owns. ON THE COMMONS AT ROCKY POINT. 124 Prince Road Rocky Point. If I could give this property a negative review I would. They build for Veterans and 55+ and section 8 (which they never told me). I was told by propery management that this was a non smoking apartment complex however I lived above heavy smokers for a year and causing me alot of physical and emotional distress. Just terrible. Great for a barby doll that's it. Very bad
The town of brookhaven when asked said the builder was an upstanding person ( they fired the inspector for this job ! The Town informed us we were better off closing on the house instead of waiting for all the mistakes and damages to be fixed let me list them for you “LIE”#1 1-16 felony and misdemeanor electrical violations ! Including piling multiple rooms up on illegal 20 amp fuses , placing high voltage and low voltage wires together and no GFIs outside the house just regular outlets .
