Dusty was outstanding in getting our mortgage through in about 2 weeks. We were in a bind after our mortgage rep hid $2000 of extra costs to "buy down" the interest rate--a change we did not approve or even discuss. Dusty gave us a better interest rate with no buy down and stayed on this project to get it done. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dusty and our Eugene real estate agent, Jim Leonard, who recommended him.
