Freaking hero! Had an emergency where the toilet started flushing INTO THE SHOWER TUB and flooding raw sewage all over the bathroom. The pipes of the entire complex were completely backed up due to poor initial installation and lack of upkeep. I may have the worst landlord in the world who didn’t want to spend a cent (it took almost a week for him to even agree to call), but Nicolas advocated on my behalf to at least get the shower, toilet, and sinks working again. I needed emergency plumbing done yesterday evening. Chris from Landmark was over in about an hour and quickly assessed the problem and fixed it. He went above and beyond and explained each step he was taking to repair the damage which I found very informative and helpful. Thanks for giving us water back! Highly recommend Landmark Plumbing.

I used Nicholas at Landmark right after I moved into my home almost 2 years ago. He is so fabulous at explaining the problem and the options, allowing me to make the choice on how to move forward.
