Hello Friends and Neighbors - I live in Monterey and recently experienced a leak in the cabinet under the kitchen sink. I contacted Landmark Plumbing and they responded to my service request immediately. Nick from Landmark Plumbing arrived on time and diagnosed the problem quickly as a leaky drain which needed to be replaced. Freaking hero! Had an emergency where the toilet started flushing INTO THE SHOWER TUB and flooding raw sewage all over the bathroom. The pipes of the entire complex were completely backed up due to poor initial installation and lack of upkeep. I may have the worst landlord in the world who didn’t want to spend a cent (it took almost a week for him to even agree to call), but Nicolas advocated on my behalf to at least get the shower, toilet, and sinks working again.
