I waited a few days after receiving my sweet “Lottie” so I could give a a fair review without being so emotional. I am completely satisfied with the quality of the handling of my sweet kitty. The product is exceptional. I also received a sympathy message signed by the staff. I highly encourage everyone to use Landmark when the moment of need comes.

Very bad experience. I received my dog in a box that you would throw away as junk. The box top was dried out, 4 dents, screw marks scratchs on the top also big stain. The bottom were the screw goes was cracked and that side was week. The ashes did not come in a blue bag. I call talked to Brad he said he would fix. The Following Saturday I received a new box.
