We used Landmark painting a few years ago to do the interior and exterior of our small cabin. The communication was just ok but they did a nice job with the paint. Fast forward to this summer. We have been trying to get them to come paint the exterior of a new cabin. Matthew initially responded about 2 weeks and 2 emails later, stating he would check it out- but we haven’t heard anything more even though I followed up three times. I can’t recommend them based on the poor customer service we experienced.

Stained house, wanted final payment before work was complete, never completed calking, within 6 months stain was covered in mold, after warranty complaint Sherwin Williams offered to provide stain but Landmark would not provide labor, I even offered to pay part of cost but he refused, I had to hire another painter just two years later to redo the $13,000 exterior stain job and complete the caulking Landmark never did. I would not recommend.

Great experience and meticulous workmanship. This is the 2nd time we have used Landmark Painting for our home's interior painting needs, and both experiences were met with prompt, clean, polite, professional workmanship.
