This has by far been one of the worst experiences I have had at a dental/orthodontic office. The ladies at the front desk are phenomenal and the only good thing I can say about this office. However, the front desk is where the good service ends. During the course of my treatment, Dr. Suzuki was extremely rude and condescending on multiple occasions and he is very dismissive when you try and ask questions. It was the worst experience I ever had with orthodontics! Visited the clinic, and were promised that the doctor will do everything perfectly fine without any teeth extracted. As soon as we paid for the treatment, Dr Suzuki refused to proceed with the treatment plan we paid for, instead he offered to take out an eye tooth, but other orthodonts, we consulted before, said that eye teeth should be never extracted. I just completed my invisalign plan with Dr Suzuki and staff. I'm absolutely thrilled with the results:) I had been humming and hawing over getting ortho work done for years. Dr Suzuki and his staff made it easy and so worth it. I'll smile extra big this Christmas! Well done everybody :)
