Don't go near it. The buildings are old and made of cement blocks, so there are huge moisture problems in every building. Bugs infest the beach and porches, and buzz around our faces and bite us constantly when we're outside. Practically everyone owns a dog, and they bark and poop constantly everywhere (the residents can't even clean up after them, even though the complex puts out dog poop boxes for people).
