The driver of Landmark Metal Builders truck ‘19’ (see photo) disrespected and put my neighbors and us at potential risk today when he drove onto my dead-end easement at a high rate of speed. I own the easement, and all are welcome to use it as law permits, but unprofessional driving is just not acceptable. If me, my wife or teen had been pulling out, or the neighbors had been backing out when he came in ‘hot’, there likely would’ve been a collision.
