Very disappointing experience. I visited this medical centre expecting basic care, understanding, and support, but unfortunately felt that my concerns were not properly listened to or taken seriously. The first thing you expect from a Doctor is to listen and build from there. Not to jump on conclusion.
Today there was a new GP, Dr Minerva Castor but I booked anyway as I had an urgent matter to sort before the weekend. Throughout the appointment, she pretty much told me that I was not her regular patient so she can't help me. I told her that I've been having the same issue since last year and saw Dr Saif and Dr Tamana for it and there should be multiple records. She responded that patients can't tell Drs what to do. Awful experience! Please don't make her a permanent staff here!!!
Very good service with my flu vaccine! Both Nurse and admin are very nice and helpful.
Unfortunately, my overall experience with this medical practice has been quite poor. I’ve had four separate negative experiences, including being misdiagnosed and prescribed the wrong dosage of medication, which led to lingering symptoms. This appeared to stem from the doctor not fully understanding my medical history or the appropriate treatment for my condition. Whatever you do, don't walk in here thinking the wait times will be reasonable. You'll be left waiting for hours. I took a family member who wasn't able to see their regular GP, thinking they'd get seen. Nope, ended up having to go elsewhere.
