I just moved into Landmark Manor in June of 2024, Casey the park manager and her team has been a pleasure to work with. I’ve had to put in a couple service requests and they are usually out the next day to look at what needs to be fix. They do what they can to fix the problem as quick as possible and I appreciate that. Keep up the good work!!
Moved here couple months Ago, and came into a pre- existing condition of trees everywhere. And my pad cracked and raising. Both mee, and my son are disabled and cannot get a ramp for safety until these conditions are taken care of. To which I never get a definitive answer. And then you have the grass guy who has bn told many times that cutting the trees spreads them, and I had already about killed myself mowing around them because the more you cut them the bigger the roots gets. I really want to thank our community manager, Casey Cottrell for going above & beyond her call of duty, on her 2 days off, and on the 2 coldest days of the year (0-5 degrees outside). My water pipes froze even though we had been following ALL of the steps we were we given to try to prevent them from freezing.They froze on Sunday, I called a plumber and arranged for someone to come out the next morning, knowing that frozen pipes were my responsibility. I came back home from a lovely vacation to no hot water. Truthfully, when I left, we didn't have hot water but my son didn't want to have to deal with it. (He has social anxiety.) So, came back from vacation and put a work order in for the missing hot water at 9pm last night. I let them know that I had today off, as well as Mondays and Tuesdays. The maintenance staff called me at 9am to let me know that they had one hot water heater in front of me, but they would get me in today. They arrived a few hours later, much earlier ... read more
