Met Casey the property manager and she instantly made me feel welcomed she made my whole process of moving coming up with my down-payment all worth it! I was in a bad spot and she went above and beyond to help me get into my home! The trailer I moved in just felt good when I walked in and she took the time to show me a few... but didn't push me to choose.. I would recommend anyone to move here!
My wife and I have lived at Landmark for the past 3 years. Casey Cottrell has been an amazing landlord. She answered emails and took care of maintenance requests fairly quickly. We've been burned by many landlords in the past, especially when it came to moving out. Casey was fair and gave us no trouble when it was time for us to relocate. Wish she could be our landlord for future properties.
Since moving to Landmark Manor from Arizona three years ago I’ve had the best experience with Manager Casey Cotrell. When the parks guidelines are followed by the tenants the park runs amazing and it’s the tough job of the manager to help keep the park in order. I hope we all keep moving forward for the best results.
