Loved my firewood(4x4 stack)
Horrible customer service. Don't believe the free tank of propane, they conveniently lose your information with no apologies or concession, have been going there for 8 years and they have no records!! Attitudes are unprofessional and rude. Too many other places to go that offer more.
Awful experience-I ordered the Robin Auto mower-paid my $199 install fee. The crew at Landmark dropped it off while I was not home with no directions. After numerous attempts to contact someone I finally heard back from Kelly-we set an appointment to have someone come out--no show. I called to complain and the owner called me back to apologize stating, "this has been an ongoing problem." TERRIBLE customer service!!! I went by the description online on the size of river rock i wanted. Paid almost $500 for 10 ton and what was delivered were rocks fron 3 to 5" wide! Thats. Ot river rock whe i called to have them take ut back and deliver the correct size they told me sure but id have to pay for the machine to scoop them back into the truck! Is that how you treat your paying customers!? Terrible service, so now im out 500 bucks because i cant use these anywhere!
