"Avoid Winnie at Landmark Law if you want to save yourself a lot of trouble. My experience was defined by poor management, a severe lack of care, and highly unprofessional behavior. Communication was virtually non-existent—expect a total lack of updates, unreturned calls, and constantly being ignored. To make matters worse, there were numerous administrative errors regarding her internship handling, showing a complete lack of organization and competence. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere for professional service."
My experience with Winnie Luk and Landmark Law was very disappointing. My real estate transaction involved several issues that caused significant stress immediately before closing. During an initial consultation with Winnie, she provided me a quote for the services I was seeking. Then in her follow up email, she gave a higher number than originally quoted. When I asked a few follow up questions in response to her email (not price related), she ghosted me.
