This has to be one of the worst insurance agencies. Landmark have purchased the agency that our company have been with for about 15 years. The regular standard service which we were receiving have just been flushed down the toilet. Poor customer service is a nice way of phrasing no service. I will seek another agency that would actually appreciate the business and provide some level of service.
