My first visit 25 June 2025, room 304: This is a great hotel. Low rates, Clean rooms, CLEAN BED LINENS, Friendly staff and a beautiful view of the river. Very satisfied. Second visit 29 July 2025, room 204: Clean room, clean linens, clean bathroom and a stock of clean towels. Great up to date HVAC system. Beautiful river sunset views with an abundance of wildlife from the balcony. Plenty of ducks and geese along with many bird species. Stopped here after a long night of driving from Nashville. Great spot, super clean and affordable. Better than a lot of motels in the Pigeon Forge area. I will stay here next time the whole stay.
