My first visit 25 June 2025, room 304: This is a great hotel. Low rates, Clean rooms, CLEAN BED LINENS, Friendly staff and a beautiful view of the river. Very satisfied. Second visit 29 July 2025, room 204: Clean room, clean linens, clean bathroom and a stock of clean towels. Great up to date HVAC system. Beautiful river sunset views with an abundance of wildlife from the balcony. Plenty of ducks and geese along with many bird species. After a bad one night stay in Pigeon Forge, we hoped this would be better. We booked with a group for a number of rooms a months before the stay, not knowing there would be a car event the weekend we were there. The member who booked on behalf of the group was called the day of check in to confirm the rooms, which were already paid for, because they were going to resell the rooms. They got checked in with all of the rooms for the group after fighting traffic, told us which room were we in, AND that the front desk would have ... read more
Affordable and a great location!!! The only reason I gave lesser stars is because the rooms out pretty outdated But I also realize this is what keeps the cost reasonable therefore it's definitely worth it. Also, quiet level is not that great since it is located on/near a main strip. So if you need quiet I would consider this. It was not an issue for me bc the convenience was great!
