We signed up for a vacation thru an incentive program with our employer, Baird Warner. Due to covid exposure and CDC guidelines we could not go on the trip. Even though the hotel says we can cancel the trip without penalty as did United airlines this joke of the company refuses to cancel our reservations and return our $2500 deposit. Do not do business with these people.
Great food along with one of the friendliest and entertaining bartender (Brian) we have seen in a long time.
