I stayed at their new Hyatt Place in Hampton and on 1st night staying in the hotel, I woke up with bed bug bites everywhere!!! The hotel called a pest control company and confirmed I had bed bugs and now the hotel wont pay for my bag that had to be thrown away!! DO NOT STAY HERE! NOT HELPFUL AND DIRTY!! I stayed up till 1:00am washing my clothes twice because the bugs contaminated a second room when i moved my clothes to it.. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !! !! !!
