Was thinking about using one of their venues for my upcoming event but have heard HORRIBLE things from others. A friend of mine had their wedding set up but won’t return their money and won’t answer phone calls. They have violated contracts and have not had good communication. Do yourself a favor and do not book with this company.

I cannot believe what was done to the Historic Logan Inn! The admonition that was done should have been stopped as this was one of the most historic buildings in Bucks County! These well off people come in and with their money and lawyers somehow got to do whatever they wanted. Along with all the rest of that have ruined New Hope that once was the most down to earth friendly Art Town. Has now become a place only for people with a lot of money!

Although working with Danielle over 10 months was easy, the communication and execution was terrible. Diagrams and requests were not communicated to the host of the day; But most importantly, Landmark Venues cuts its own costs by using almost-all only-Spanish-speaking staff. On the morning of my event day, October 13, I attempted to connect with maître d’, Vicky, only to be told that there was no Vicky that worked there. I purchased $200 worth of gift cards and received a confirmation email and a charge to my credit card but I have not received any gift cards for 3 weeks now. I have called and emailed them numerous times and have never received any kind of response back. I'm thinking this company is a scam!
