Went in for an oil change on 2/28/26 for my 2009 Honda CRV. I started hearing loud on and off vibrating noises underneath my vehicle. The noise becomes louder especially when I stop at traffic lights. I will not come to this place for any service.
Ricardo in the service department of Landmark Honda is amazing. He not only took the time to explain each recommended repair fully and clearly -- and patiently for this senior citizen -- he also took the time to indicate which repairs were the most urgent should I decide not to have all the suggested repairs done at this time.
